Glenageary Montessori is a small friendly school situated on Lower Albert Road and accredited by IMEB (Irish Montessori Education Board)
The school was established in 1984 by Betty Allen Dip, Mont Ed. It is a purpose built building catering for children age 2-6 years.

The school has four class rooms:
- Class I: Caters for children 2 1/2 - 3 years, Hours: 9 - 12.30
- Class II-III: Caters for children 3 1/2 years +, Hours 9 - 1
- Class IV: Catering for children 4 years +, Hours 9 - 2
All the class teachers are fully qualified and hold degrees in montessori. Class room assistants would be studying montessori. Throughout our school year we would have various assistants on work experience. Every September we welcome four students from a kindergarden in Linz Austria who come to gain experience in our school. |
